In general, the employee does not need any prior experience or specific technical knowledge to participate in the training. Of course, you can also hire someone specifically for or alongside this training. The specific requirements are:

✅ Vocational qualification completed at least 2 years ago

✅ Without a vocational qualification: at least 3 years of work experience

✅ Without a vocational qualification and less than 3 years of work experience – subject to individual case review
