Our mission: Revolutionizing the job market.

With our innovative approach to job placement, we focus on the values and meta-competencies of job seekers.

Through a user-friendly, digital questionnaire, job seekers can make their hidden talents and passions visible. At the same time, we provide companies with a special questionnaire that goes beyond traditional hiring criteria and checks whether a candidate truly fits the company spirit.

The use of artificial intelligence significantly enhances this matchmaking by aligning the needs of companies more precisely with the profiles of job seekers. We go one step further by turning the process around: now companies apply to talents – shifting the dynamic and empowering job seekers.

Our approach offers an efficient, effective, and deeper method to bring the right talents together with the right employers – based on shared values and human strengths.

The Story Behind Our Vision

For Rachid, the founder of KarriereKind, every person has strengths that can be meaningfully used in companies – even if these strengths don’t show up on diplomas or certificates. He calls them meta-competencies.

His idea was simple but powerful. He created a photo album of motivated job seekers, listing their strengths, experience, and the type of work they were looking for. Just three questions – but they made a difference:

  • What do I enjoy doing?

  • What have I done so far?

  • What do I want to do?

With this approach, he helped many people with barriers to integration find respectful, fulfilling employment. But he kept asking himself:

What if there were a website that worked just like this – where job seekers could present themselves based on their meta-competencies, and companies would apply to them?

This idea wouldn’t let go of him. And so, KarriereKind was born – the first job platform for values-driven career matching.
